Basic 6-Introductory Firefighter Training is OPEN ~ ENROLL HERE
Class will be held at the North Hadley Fire Station - 304 River Drive, Hadley, MA, from 0800-1500
The Basic 6 program is designed to provide new firefighters with general knowledge of fireground operations. The Basic 6 program covers the following:
FIREFIGHTER SAFETY, PPE and SCBA DONNING AND DOFFING and ICS
SEARCH AND RESCUE
LADDERS
HOSE OPERATIONS
SKILLS REVIEW AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
LIVE FIRE TRAINING-To Be Held at Sunderland Burn Trailer
